We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the GDPR and only to the extent necessary for providing our web app, contract processing, and communication.

Your data is only processed for the purposes stated in this privacy policy and stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes.

Within the scope of using our web app and for contract processing, we collect the following data:
- Name, address, contact details of customers/subcontractors
- Order and billing data
- Web app usage data (log files, IP address)

Customer data may be transmitted to partners such as Cargoboard as part of order fulfillment (via API).
6. Data Storage
General Storage Period
Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for contract fulfillment, to comply with legal retention obligations, or to safeguard legitimate interests.
User Account
If a customer creates a user account on the Betakom WebApp, the data stored in the account as well as all order and communication histories are stored permanently to provide the customer access to their previous orders, invoices, and transport documents (e.g., CMRs).
Users can request deletion of their account at any time.
Deletion
Upon deletion of an account, all personal data will be deleted or anonymized, unless legal retention obligations exist (e.g., § 147 AO, § 257 HGB German Commercial Code).
Betakom reserves the right to archive data insofar as this is necessary for asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
